About In-room massage inquiries

All appointments must be made at least 90 minutes in advance. The Cocoon Wellness team specialize in world-class service and will bring everything needed to cater to the in room treatment. Please contact Cocoon Wellness by entering the Request Availability Form inquiry fields. Payments will be made through the Cocoon Wellness team in the room and they take all credit cards.

  • Cocoon Wellness mobile massage therapy services are available from 7am until 9pm daily. Appointments may be scheduled earlier or later in the day upon request. Special surcharges apply to After Hours appointments.

  • Guests may state their preference of a male or female therapist.
  • Upon completion of the In-room massage treatments, guests may either bill to their hotel account or pay by credit cards. Direct cash payment to the mobile therapist is not accepted.
  • There is an automatic 15% gratuity charged to all services.
  • Cancellations must be received 4 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a penalty, otherwise the full treatment will be charged to the guest’s hotel account. Same day bookings are considered final.
  • In the event of a guest’s late arrival, treatments will end as scheduled so that the following clients are not kept waiting.
