Giselle was friendly, patient and respectful
"Giselle treated my 83 yr. old mother for some chronic pain which the family members believed to be related to posture and muscles. Giselle listened carefully to all my comments and concerns and was very understanding and interested in my mother's situation. When she met with my mom she was very friendly, patient and respectful while gathering information from my mom's perspective. She treated my mom over four sessions (Massage and Movement Therapy for Seniors) and I believe it was very helpful. Altho' she did not force my mom to do anything she felt unable to do, she did encourage her to participate in the treatments and got her to do more than my mom thought she could. The chronic discomfort my mom had been experiencing did go away and she appeared to be more alert and comfortable, her appetite during that time was better and there was an improvement in her general state. Giselle was very open and realistic about the long-term effects of her treatment, recognizing that seniors, like everyone else, can lack motivation to do what she was advised to do over the long term. Giselle has a lovely approach to seniors and has realistic expectations and a genuine concern for them to be content and comfortable. I would highly recommend her services as a therapist."

"I have had 5 1-to-1 sessions with Giselle (for stretch therapy) & one group class. Very intense and high payoff. If you think stretching is boring or marginally useful, think again. Giselle's high power Stretch Therapy/PNF style stretching accomplishes a huge amount in a short time. I have had hip and shoulder tightness for a number of years and I can feel it dissolving away."

Phenomenal stretching workshop
"I attended your stretching workshop at Crossfit Vancouver on Sunday, September 20th. It was phenomenal! I struggle with sleep difficulties and had the best night's sleep in years! My hip flexors loosened up like you would not believe - well actually you would believe it! I was in a car accident last year and ended up with whiplash. I would love to learn some exercises that target my neck and shoulders."
