What to expect from a Thai Massage treatment?
Thai Massage is usually performed on a floor mat and the recipient wears loose, comfortable clothing. For long lasting results, sessions are booked for ninety minutes to two hours.
Your therapist begins each session by working the muscles of your feet. Muscles of the legs and hips are addressed before the back and shoulders. The stretches lengthen and loosen muscles and are designed to balance and realign the body. After your treatment you will feel lighter, taller and looser. Regular Thai massages promote a more responsive and comfortable body and mind.
